Six steps from the first read of the documents to a contract that is tracked from day one.

  1. Read the brief

Go through the tender documents line by line and turn every requirement into a checklist item with an owner.

  2. Plan the response

Set internal deadlines working back from the submission date, and agree who supplies which document.

  3. Coordinate inputs

Collect technical, commercial and legal inputs, chase what is missing and raise clarifications with the client early.

  4. Assemble the bid

Build the submission in the required format, with consistent numbering, signatures and supporting certificates.

  5. Verify and submit

Check every item against the checklist, get sign-off, and submit before the deadline with proof of delivery.

  6. Hand over

After award, file the final documents and set up the contract record so obligations are tracked from day one.
